About Us
After baking cakes for my own family over 20 years on birthdays, parties and celebrations I decided to go on a professional cake baking course. As much as I enjoyed the course I wanted to stick to my style of cake baking that was homemade and used natural ingredients as much as possible.
I enjoyed the challenge of crafting different designs of cakes without losing the home baking feel to it.
Each cake I make is based on a story of what the person I am baking for wants. Even if it is a simple cake it should be rich in texture with a soft base and smooth finish.
I take pride in baking my cakes and like to put a unique spin on each cake I bake to give it that individual look and taste with losing my home baking style.
